The “Right” Hand of God

Isaiah 41:10 – “do not be afraid, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my victorious right hand.”

God created you in God’s own image and likeness. God is your reward and your shield. God so loved the world that God sent His only begotten Son for you. As you prepare for this coming week, take time to reflect and meditate on the “power” of these first three sentences. Why? The enemy, the tempter, the world we live in, society, family, friends, past experiences and fear of the unknown will try to convince you that you are alone, by yourself, there is know one to turn to and ALL hope is lost. I am here to tell you this week, just like the Prophet Isaiah told the Israelites that had similar experiences as you, “That is not true!” You are never alone and never by yourself. You always have someone you can turn to, when all looks lost – God’s Right Hand.

When life happens, remember that there is ENOUGH power in The Right Hand of God to give you and be everything you need, so you do not fall victim to the experiences of this world. God’s right hand is your Protector, your Provider, your Prince of Peace, your Strength and your Courage. God’s right hand will never leave you nor forsake you. God’s right hand does not just meet you where you are, but it also intervenes (takes action) on your behalf. Lastly, God’s right hand, Jesus, freely gave His life…so you can have a new life and have it more abundantly! Yes, there is a winning, a victorious and a sustaining power in The Right Hand Of God!
