At The Feet of Jesus

Luke 10:39 – “She had a sister named Mary, who sat at the Lord’s feet and listened to what he was saying.”

And

Isaiah 40:31 – “but those who wait for the LORD shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.”

At Jesus’ feet – that is our place for absolute change and of GREAT blessing. It is at this safe, wise and powerful place, where we are to be educated and fitted for the practical duties and experiences of life. It is here, at the feet of God, where we are to renew our strength while we wait on The Lord, and to learn how to mount up with wings like eagles and to become possessed of that true knowledge and strength that is in and only in God. It is here, at the feet of God, where we are to learn how real work is to be done and the Spirit it takes to go do it. It is here my brothers and sisters, at the feet of God, where we are to find solace, peace and hope amid both the trials of work and the trials of life! It is at this most intimate place and locale of God, where we are to anticipate something of the blessedness and glory of God amidst the experiences of life – for to sit at the feet of God…is indeed a GLORIOUS and POWERFUL place. There is changing power and healing power and sustaining power and overcoming POWER…At The Feet of God!
