There Is Power In Your Prayer

Mark 14:62, “They went to a place called Gethsemane; and he said to his disciples, “Sit here while I pray.” He took with him Peter and James and John, and began to be distressed and agitated. And he said to them, “I am deeply grieved, even to death…”

Like Jesus, we will experience some difficult seasons and some challenging situations in life. Seasons and situations that move us to feel distressed and agitated. What do we do in these moments? Do we give up and through in the towel? Or do we follow the Jesus’ “blueprint,” and connect with God through prayer? The answer is, we follow Jesus’ blueprint, and this is why. Prayer allows us to remember ALL the times God has saved us, delivered us and rescued us from those past seasons and situations. It is through connecting with God through prayer, that we remember just how powerful God has been in our life.

When life happens (and it will), do not try to handle the situation all on your own. Instead, turn to God and remember that God is more powerful than your current situation – There Is Power In Your Prayer.
